Pantry staples


This is my list of what I generally have in my pantry most weeks, it’s the stuff I buy in bulk and use all the time!


  • Canned assorted beans (Chickpeas,Red kidney beans, butter beans etc)
  • Canned goods (Tomatoes, coconut cream/milk, corn, creamed corn)
  • Canned Fish (Tuna/Salmon/Sardines)
  • Quinoa/Cous cous/Frekkeh
  • Rice/Soba/Udon noodles
  • Assorted rice (Brown, Aborio, Medium grain, Sushi, White)
  • Dried beans (Red kidney beans, black beans, Chickpeas, Borlotti, Cannellini)
  • Dried lentils (Red, green, black, yellow)
  • Flours (Chickpea, coconut, wholemeal, cornflour)
  • Gluten free baking powder/ Baking soda
  • Dried fruit (Dates, cranberries, mango, raisins, goji berries)
  • Seeds (Chia, pumpkin, sunflower, sesame)
  • Nuts (Cashews, Almonds, Brazil, Walnuts, Macadamia, Pistachio, Pine nuts)
  • Organic popcorn kernels
  • Raw sugar/coconut sugar
  • Rice malt syrup/honey/maple syrup
  • Coconut chips/Desiccated coconut
  • Rice paper/Nori wraps/Rye wraps/ Wholegrain wraps
  • Soy sauce/tamari/coconut aminos

  • Chutney’s/marinades/aoil/tomato paste
  • Crushed garlic/Wholegrain mustard/Basil pesto/Coriander paste/Tomato paste
  • Nut butters (Almond, cashew, mixed)
  • Capers/Olives/Sauerkraut
  • Chia jam
  • Organic free range eggs
  • Fresh herbs (Parsley, basil, coriander, dill, rosemary, fresh chili)
  • Almond milk/regular milk
  • Cheese/feta cheese/hauloumi
  • Natural Greek yoghurt

  • High speed blender
  • Food processor, stick blender etc (I just use the small food processor of my Breville stick blender)
  • Dehydrator (Great for making raw snacks, preserving fruit, jerky, crackers, Iv’e got an Excalibur)
  • Juicer (I use a Breville juicer)
  • Scales
  • Assorted pans, trays, muffin pans
